from Google"Local cafe and casino, bar. On east side of Missoula. Group of friends suggested The Reno. Always up for new spots to try. We arrived and were greeted and sat right away. Very clean and friendly. The lady that took our order was joking and friendly, took our order and wasn’t too long before the food arrived. Had the cheese burger with fries. Burger was fresh beef and a bit over cooked. Fries were short, maybe the bottom of bag. But hot. Other order was the special of the day Meat loaf we the mashed potatoes and corn. Came with a roll. Heard the comment that the meat loaf was one of the better ones he had had. Looked good and only 11:00 dollars. The last meal was hamburger sandwich with fries. Also was very tasty. Lots of food for price. Would definitely recommend visiting The Reno in Missoula. We will be back to try another dish."
"This place is awesome!! My wife, mother-in-law, and I ate here last weekend, and we were totally impressed!! They really feed you, and it is worth the money 💰!! I really love truck stop restaurants for that reason. The food was super delicious, and scrumptious. I got the chicken sandwich which was juicy and the breading had an awesome crunch. The tater tots were perfect with the perfect crunch and seasoning. We had to bring the rest home and they were even delicious the next day! Oh, and the nachos were super yummy! Everything done right! The staff were super friendly and polite. Two thumbs way up!"
"Have been twice and Talicia was bartending both times. She is a friendly bartender. The place is great! Definitely stop in if you get a chance!"
"I feel at home and love the food and service. It is part of missoulas history and heart 💙 5/21/24 stopped in and got a surprise 😮 Steve Williams the owner 💙 was our cook and it was vantastic. My Ruben was perfect and my brother had the full boat always good but today perfect. Thanks Stephen and The Reno bar 🍸 👍"
"Everytime I have visited this establishment (numerous times, my bf has gone there for years), I walk away angry and disappointed. No one ever comes to the table with water, nor asks if you'd like anything to drink. Any and everytime I want/need something, refill, change the bill or a go box, ANYTHING I have to go wait at the bar for someone to acknowledge me. Today the food was sub par, my Por Cuba Libre was the color of watered down cola and you couldn't taste any alcohol. I am not a picky or entitled person. I merely expect decent service. I will not be returning to the Reno, and I will caution those I know about doing business there, and about trying to enjoy an evening out. I was there today 8/24/25 at 5:30 to 7p.m. and to my knowledge there were 4 servers and a crowd of 15."
