David roasted a fresh batch and delivered it to my house during the Covid-19 pandemic along with some great vibes and a smile. I quickly fired up my espresso machine and ground up some beans. I brewed a fantastic shot first try. The espresso came out silky and smooth. The initial tasing put a smile on my face as my tastebuds were delighted. If coffee isn’t something you take for granted and you’re looking for a bean that has a story you’re proud to support and a flavor that enhances your day you found it."
