"Put in order online for pickup. When we arrived, there was a sign saying be back in a min. Thanks for waiting. We waited over 8 min before calling the montana Ave location only to be told to go to another location. I was back late to work due to this incident. Update. After receiving a response from the owner, I can see how this was an honest mistake and not something this business is in the habit of doing. I love City brew and have had no issues since the original post and can say I visit them regularly. I still order online and have had great products with no issues. Thank you, City Brew, for caring for your customers."
