"We love City Brew coffee. We come through at least 3x a week to have our favorite drinks! Yesterday we came through the drive thru and we were very disappointed with our experience and service. Our interaction with the gal that took our order on the intercom was dismissive, cold, and unfriendly. We were 4th in line and waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for two drinks and a omelette sandwich. We came through at approximately 1:30 . It would have been nice to hear something simple like “ Sorry for the wait “ . We did not get that. We stopped in before our Christmas shopping and was looking forward to starting the day on a positive note. Unfortunately, the long wait and the tone of the service, courtesy, and communication took away from that experience. We left feeling disappointed. This is not the first time we have had that gal take our order and felt her unfriendly tone. We felt like we needed to address this as yesterday was so disappointing and it not being a one time occurrence with that gal on the intercom. We really love your coffee and in all fairness there are some really sweet gals that work there. I hope this feedback is helpful for improvement."

"Wonderful wholesome experience and very kind and considerate along with such dazzling charm from both staff and atmosphere they encourage to set the vibe and standards to superb excellence in just being real and present! I’m lactose intolerant and sugar sensitive and they keep blowing me away with such amazement in their presence and eagerness to help get every job done right! I come from a city and compared to a ‘local coffee shop’…this place is flat out the best I’ve ever encountered in my life! No joke! I’m a coffee fiend some say as I take great notice and details to coffee and vibes, this place and staff have surpassed the bar of excellence! And I am extremely grateful and appreciative such a wonderful and awesome staff all housed in a comfy cozy place! Very clean too! May your staff, service, and business blossom and flourish with great joy and coffee abound!"

"The line was long and barely moving, I mean 7-10 minutes a car. I placed a mobile order. I don't know why on earth it would be common practice to start your order when it's entered on the app rather than starting it when the customer gets to the ordering screen. It's obvious the food comes frozen, so I'm sure it's a matter of 60 seconds to 2 minutes in a microwave, it's not like they're cooking raw eggs to order, so needless to say our food was cold when they handed it out the window. Personally, I've stopped trying to order any lattes here because it's milk and water, but my passenger ordered an iced latte. I watched the barista pull a 12 second shot and dump it right in the cup. These baristas need to be trained and anybody who works in a coffee shop should know a 12 second pull should not be served to a customer, and like I said this is not a one time occurrence."

"Coffee is survival fuel. The baristas are basically caffeine superheroes who hand me happiness in a cup before I’ve even formed full sentences. Drinks? Always spot-on. Vibe? Cozy enough that I “accidentally” hang out way longer than I should. Honestly, the only downside is realizing I might be more loyal to this place than my gym."
