"I've been to Pizazz Kitchen Store in Great Falls several times because it's truly a great store — they have a beautiful selection and unique items you don't find anywhere else locally. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is consistently lukewarm at best. Staff members offer brief, minimal interactions and then disappear rather than being welcoming or helpful. Especially one gal in particular. Tall blonde. This has happened every single time I've been there for the past 2 years and it's gotten to the point now where I feel moved to leave a review. It's disappointing because with a store this lovely, you'd expect professional, warm, and empathetic customer service to match. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because Pizazz could be an outstanding shopping experience — but right now, the atmosphere the staff creates falls flat."

"I love this place! Great products, delicious treats, and incredible service! My daughter and I are hooked on both the infused Olive Oils, and the different flavors of balsamic vinegars. I highly recommend doing a little tasting, and sampling some cheese as well. It’s an entire experience that can’t be missed! The chocolate truffles are so so good. The Ladies who work there have always been super attentive, and go above and beyond to help us find just what we need. You can feel how much they all love their job, and that makes for an awesome shopping experience."
