"First time trying this place out and we were not disappointed! We've been looking for a good sushi spot since we moved here in August, and I think we finally found it! Our server Allison was punctual and ensured our experience went well, she was also friendly and offered plenty of options for the different Boba Teas. The Gyoza was a great appetizer and was perfect for 2 people. The Love Boat was hands down the best to split! The mix of Sushi, Sashimi, and rolls were delicious! The salmon had plenty of fat layers for the creamy smoothness you expect it to have. The Tuna and Yellowtail were better than any sushi we've had before, they were both creamy and melt in your mouth. We've had tuna and yellowtail at other restaurants in the past that always have a hint of roughness and iron in them...this fish did not! It was SO good! They also get their fish directly flash frozen from California to the restaurant. Which is important if you're a sushi lover like us! 🍣 10/10 would recommend this place and we will definitely be back here soon!"

"Hokkaido is an awesome restaurant for great sushi and huge bowls of hot, flavorful ramen. We had the spider roll, Bozeman roll and spicy tuna roll. We also enjoyed garlic ramen. Our server, Eva was very friendly, helpful and attentive without being over bearing. Keep up the good work, Eva! If you’re in Great Falls and craving a hip but relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a great meal stop in to Hokkaido. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Absolutely love this local gem. I took my grandparents out to eat and it’s fair to say our expectations were exceeded. I ordered the Spicy ramen and added chicken. This ramen is excellent! The broth is incredibly rich and savory, packed with umami and a delightful depth of flavor. The heat from the chilies builds gradually, offering a satisfying kick without overwhelming the other amazing flavors. The noodles are perfectly cooked - bouncy and chewy, while the tender chicken melts in your mouth. A truly outstanding bowl of spicy ramen that should be highly desired!"

"It feels like the more I go to Hokkaido the better the food gets! My family loves the tantanmen and bozeman roll with a passion! Allison is the best waitress that I can think of in any establishment I have gone to. She brought cute stickers for my family! It is definitely worth a visit."
