"I came right at opening, 5:30am on the dot. The tables had not been wiped at all. Not big problem for me but I came to do work. The drink was good, iced latte with caramel, the ladies were nice. When my drink was ready i heard my name called, when my sandwich was ready there was nothing. I was the only person there and was listening so its not like i missed it. Now, I got the bacon sandwich and I'm sure it comes prepackaged (I'm assuming) however it came with the thinnest smallest slice of bacon, could see right thru it. That was the most annoying part for me."

"Way shorter lines done Starbucks. Their food is nothing compared to Starbucks and they have a lot of things on their menu that they don’t have anymore, which is really disappointing. They have the ugliest chocolate croissant in the world, but it is so good.!!!"

"The coffees and baked goods we ordered was so good. I don't think they pour enough espresso in my hot latte, but they fixed it real quick. Thanks for providing good coffee and nice coffeeshop set up."

"Every time I come here, the drinks are gross. But today I decided to give them another chance. I order through the drive through and got the sweet cream bc sweet is in the name and I wanted something sweet but it wasn’t sweet and it was very watered down. So I brought it inside and asked for the pumpkin latte or whatever and the lady said that’s fine and she will make it. Multiple people order and get their drinks before me and finally I realize they forgot about me. Overall the girl that helped me did a very poor job and she was rude. This happened at 1-1:30. 30 minutes I was in there waiting for this damn drink."

"I asked for a grande coffee, extra hot with no foam. When she handed it to me, I specifically asked her if it was a 20 ounce and she said yes. I certainly got charged for a 20 ounce. However, it didn't look right, so when I got back to my office I compared it to a cup that I got earlier in the day from a different coffee place. The pictures tell the rest of the story. I had to warm it up when I got back to my office so that I didn't have to drink cold coffee. I won't be using city brew unless I absolutely have to from now on. There are plenty of other places to get coffee. And I get a lot."
