"It was our first time here. The shop is cute. The blonde girl with the country accent wasn't nice. We order two drinks: one hot and one without ice. She put ice in the drink and we asked her nicely if she could take it out. She said, I'll just make another one. She did make another one but only gave us half a drink. Not a full one. No tip!
