from Google"New lovely second location of the much loved Aurore Bakery! See reviews of the 4 corners location west of Bozeman, this bakery skyrocketed in popularity amongst locals very quickly. So it’s wonderful to now access their all-French-flour baked goods in the beautiful downtown Baxter. Coffee and French baking in what is probably the most European-feeling space in Bozeman!"
"Well, you definitely need to know this place is here because you’re not going to see any signs or any indication at all that there is a coffee shop behind these doors. This seems to be a lobby of an old hotel and has really nice seating and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Quiet music playing from the vaulted ceilings, lovely chandeliers and plenty of seats in couches, high top tables, arm chairs and benches. Cherry on the cake - a huge bison head staring down at you from the wall. Certainly not something I was expecting, but the latte was delicious, and the baked goods looked tasty as well. Very small selection of food and coffee drinks, but certainly ample. Latte was tasty but a bit pricey."
"The quality of these croissants is unmatched and legitimate perfection. I’ve planned entire meals around the baguettes. The croinamon (cinnamon roll x croissant) blew my mind. Who needs Paris when Aurore imports her butter, flour, and coffee from France? Aurore is a gem! Run, don’t walk… 🏃🏼♀️🥐"
"This Café is truly exceptional in every arena, so much so that I visited every morning of my weeklong trip to Bozeman. The baguette, croissants, and pasties are so fresh and delicious, baked daily at the main Aurore French Bakery in Four Corners. The owner, Aurore, and her team import the highest quality flour and butter directly from France which really shines through with each bite. The Croinamons (cinnamon roll croissants) are genuinely one of the best things I have ever eaten. The chocolate chip cookies are massive and delightfully crispy on the outside, but still warm and soft on the inside. The perfect cookie. Something else that stands out is their commitment to supporting local Montana small businesses and integrating their ingredients into the café’s own culinary creations. The hot chocolate was made using locally-sourced Front Porch dark chocolate from Livingston, culminating in a perfect mug of semi-sweet chocolatey silk to warm my bones on one of the coldest days of the year. A business is nothing without the team that makes it all possible, and I want to thank Esther and Jean-Baptiste for being so wonderful, helpful, and kind during my time visiting the café. I absolutely recommend this café to anyone in the Bozeman area, whether you’re local or just passing through. A true gem seated in the heart of the historic Hotel Baxter lobby. Stay golden!!"
"JB is always a shining familiar face. The coffee is okay but there is a smell of skunk coming from the bakery that you can smell from outside of the building. It made my bread taste like it. The barista is always sweet, but to be honest the French lady is rather rude even at the main location."
