"Bourbon BBQ in Bozeman is absolutely outstanding! From the moment you walk in, the warm, smoky aroma lets you know you’re in for something special. The pulled pork and chicken & waffles were amazing. The sides were great — smoked green beans and perfectly seasoned fries. The atmosphere is laid-back yet stylish, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. You can tell they take pride in both their food and their service. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Bourbon BBQ is a must-try spot in Bozeman!"

"The atmosphere was very nice. Clean and beautifully decorated. Liked the line dancing lessons and music. I also appreciate that the music wasn’t too loud so we were able to comfortably have a conversation. Service was average. Took a while for our server to check on us but it wasn’t an unacceptable amount of time. I caution against the food. It was very unappetizing. We ordered baked beans, greens, smoked wings and Nashville hot style wings. There wasn’t much difference in the taste between the Nashville hot and smoked wings. They were a little on the salty side and seemed like they may have been smoked earlier in the day but reheated in a fryer. The baked beans were inedible. They were so dry, they were crusty -if you’re expecting typical bbq baked beans, these are not it. They are chili beans with a little bbq sauce added. The greens were so sweet, they tasted like they were cooked in syrup. The chicken and waffles were inedible due to the chicken appearing undercooked and the waffle came with syrup already on it, which made it soggy by the time it came to the table. The food is not worth the price point."

"From the south, this is a great place for BBQ. The brisket was really delightful and not too fatty, however, the smoked 1/4 chicken was really a knock out of the park. For sides, I’d recommend the cornbread, green beans and baked beans. If you’re from the south, don’t expect collards, pulled pork and coleslaw to be what you’d normally expect. However, they’re still great. If you drink, their bourbon selection and prices are pretty top notch."

"Baby back ribs were good but the meat was not falling off the bones. Most dishes were very heavily seasoned with coarse black pepper! If you love black pepper, you might like this restaurant which is relatively expensive for its quality!"

"Really Good eats. Enjoyed it. Wife's burger was amazing, pulled pork good. Collards have a "different" seasoning, interesting, and they did not know what pepper sauce was. Still yummy. But being from The South... they tried. Manage your expectations if you are expecting true Southern BBQ. I will eat there again. And definitely get the burnt ends."
