I've seen other people in reviews say the burger is cold and the response from the owner is saying everything is cooked to order so it couldn't be or shouldn't be. Well as I get my burger the cheese is ice cold not melted on the burger. The bun is ice cold. Of course the lettuce and tomato are cold plus the sauces. So that cools down the burger you just cooked significantly. So for a better product I would suggest warming your buns up and cooking the cheese on the burger. The drive-thru lady was very friendly and nice."

"Supposedly they do delivery but only sometimes then they decide to stop apparently, I have had their food delivered before. Their website is a mess, says delivery but no delivery can't even get a menu with prices to appear. Called to see if I could do delivery and got a very short spoken woman on the phone that said no you have to pick it up and before I could say well i'm confused because on your website... she interrupted me and said you have a good day and I said okay bye. Won't be going there in person if she's working this was at around 12:35 on 11-20-2025. Do better with your attitude and your website."

"Been here loads of times. But today was the worse. That had newer employees and the training is not there. The guy taking orders didn’t ask for a name on the order so those got all mixed up. I wait for a double cheeseburger with bacon and tots for 40 mins. The cheeseburger with bacon, had no bacon. The quality of this place has declined severely."
