"My friend introduced me to Revel Coffee through the Blackdog Coffee shop. I order online at 2lbs, while it perhaps is more expensive, to me it’s great price for responsible fair trade from a local business that does fresh roasting and cares about quality. I brew with a Profitec espresso machine and the single origins still are amazing (if you have them dialed in right). The Costa Rican Tarrazu anaerobic is my favorite of theirs so far. I hope they do Guatemalan soon!"
