"First off , customer service was good . She’s was friendly and quick ….. Anyways …I got an açaí bowl ( paradise bowl) . They used frozen blueberries and strawberries in my bowl and mangoes . I’m not too sure about the kiwis but I paid $13 for a bowl of frozen fruit . I was SO PISSED OFF . I can’t explain . The difference between frozen fruit and fresh fruit is crucial . Frozen fruit it’s for smoothies , not as a topping on an açaí bowl . That’s CHEAP and DISGUSTING. I’m literally appalled . I rushed in there excited to try a mouth room temperature fruity mush. I’m not eating this ….."

"It’s so nice to have a coffee shop in the mall to sip on while your shopping or a nice reward for my sis who walks in the to get her steps in. HA! There Autumn Menu is awesome: I’m in love with there London Fog, they are so kind n ask me if I want tea bags in or take out. I tried their Maple Cranberry spiced latte with Decaf Shops. It was life changing good! I love the sizes they have! The girls are friendly n personable, they don’t have an easy job but do it with a smile."

"Didn't do our order for 2 drinks. Also added .25 on to the tip when the total should have been 15.00 and they put 15.25 I wrote 15.00 for the total. I know it's just a quarter but if I put only that much down that's how much it should have been! I wonder who else they did that too. I really liked it last time I went and this was not how I expected to be treated while here. my mom waited patiently I went to the restroom with my 2 sons and came back, still no drinks, they did do the order for person after us and then asked us if we needed to order... they can sure take the payment and add to the tip but not do our order. Immediately got a refund. If I didn't get the refund tho I wouldn't have found out they added that .25 to the tip."
