"My family and I stopped on a Sunday afternoon and there was a line but usually not a bad wait. Today it took them over a 1/2 hour for us to get to the window with only 3 to 4 car in front of us. The other line moved with ease and 5 to 6 cars made it through before we made it to the window. 2 cars in our line left due to the wait. They did not apologize for the wait or offer an explanation. I have gone to them for a long time and this was the most ridiculous wait and service I've ever had. They got even got a drink wrong. I won't be returning any time soon due to service."

"The last three times that I have visited this establishment, I have been given a COLD breakfast sandwich. This is severely upsetting when I am trying to eat on the go, and end up just tossing it in the garbage because I would rather not eat a cold egg, even when it costs almost $6. The white pumpkin latte that I ordered the other day was severely disappointing. It tasted like sweet milk, I felt like there wasn’t even coffee in it. It is also very uncomfortable when I am verbally asked if I would like to leave a tip. Even if I am not satisfied with the service, the awkward confrontation always makes me feel uncomfortable and obligated to tip. The more that I visit this coffee shop, the more I am reminded of why I shouldn’t."

"I am a regular at another location, and adore and I’ve the girls and service at that location. Unfortunately tonight I was disappointed at this location, I pulled up to the window at 6:30 pm (states online open until 7) and the open sign was on. I sat outside the window for 10 minutes and nobody was inside to be found. I understand maybe beginning to close things up a half hour prior to closing, but it appeared whoever was working tonight genuinely was not paying attention to the drive through line. I ended up leaving as nobody helped me. I love the drinks and me service at my normal location is always amazing, but this was a bit disappointing!"

"Ordered a 12 ounce apple crisp macchiato and was charged $12.50 because I swapped for dark espresso instead of white & it tasted like a cup of milk. At the Lockwood location I was only charged $8.45 for a 16 ounce for the same exact drink."
