"I got a candy cane from the walk in location and it tasted like grass. I had my friend try it and she couldn’t swallow it. It left awful flavors in our mouths. When I asked them to remake it, they told me I would have to pay for it again. After spending $9 on a 16 ounce drink that tasted horrible, I didn’t want to do it again. I’m very disappointed and frustrated that I’m out $9 and ended up having to throw my drink away. The drink was pretty at least"

"You are about 5 minutes away from my house. This not only is the grossest blue bombshell I’ve ever gotten but it doesn’t taste right and it curdled within seconds. I’ve had hundreds of these and this is gross. Every time I go to this location my drink is disgusting. I’m sorry but it is and it also takes them forever last time I went I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for one drink and I was the only one in the line. This location needs to take some serious notes from the people in Lockwood. I would like to keep it as my regular spot for a treat because it’s the only one on my end of town, but I’m about over it. Someone figure it out. UPDATE: owner reached out and rectified the situation was extremely professional and completely validated my frustration which usually anymore isn’t the response from businesses anymore. It stands why this is my favorite place in town."

""Extra Sassy, Hold the Classy". Someone has to explain to me why they have 2 signs on their front door with different hours! "EVERYDAY 5AM-7PM" is not the case as we were denied service at 507pm. Apparently the invitation to "come and join them" is no longer on the table. They need to close that store and put up a Casino in its' place. (Billings doesn't have enough of those)"

"Very friendly staff and my drinks are ALWAYS made right. I can't say that for other coffee places and I've gone to many. I have a very restricted diet of things to eat and drink due to medical issues and several abdominal surgeries that have rendered me unable to eat or drink things that most people take for granted. This place has staff that "gets it" and has always makes sure my drinks and food are made correct."
