"I'm not sure how this place has received so many crumby reviews. My boyfriend and I just grabbed coffee from here on our roadtrip across the country. We ordered the white goddess and candy candy coffees. There was just 1 gentleman working and he was killing it. Both coffees are absolutely delicious and the service was so quick, polite and professional. 5 stars all around. Keep up the great work, Happy holidays 💚"

"I’ve been a regular customer at Classy & Sassy for quite some time, and until recently, the coffee has usually been very good. Unfortunately, since some new staff members have started, the quality and customer service have gone downhill. Today I ordered a large hot coffee with dark and white chocolate. When it was handed to me, it was ice cold — not even the cup itself was warm. I thought it was odd that my drink was given to me before my order was even finished being charged, which made me question how long it had been sitting. When I politely mentioned this to the baristas, MARIAN AND CALLIE, instead of trying to fix the issue, they defended the cold coffee by saying, “There’s two of us so we can make and get coffees out fast.” When I asked if they were really defending a cold drink, they told me to “call a manager” but couldn’t provide a name or phone number and said to go to the website. There is no manager or corporate contact listed there. Very disappointing experience, especially as a loyal customer. I won’t be returning. What a shame."

"Placed an online order, pulled up and it wasn’t done. Behind a couple minutes which isn’t a big deal. Go down the road maybe 3 minutes and take a drink…and my coffee was cold. Not even luke warm. Checked my order and was 100% a hot coffee ordered. Also got banana bread and wasn’t the first time it’s been frozen. Frustrating because tips on top of coffee that isn’t cheap, not too hard to make either I feel."

"Everytime I come here, its always something going wrong with my drinks. These are 3 different perfect starts. 2 of them taste the same even though they're supposed to be different. All of them have the same baby poop color. So I asked atleast why isnt my blue bell blue. The girl said "the food dye does what the food dye wants". The quality of the perfect starts isn't so perfect anymore. Literally my last time coming to get one of these expensive drinks that never turns out right. Never had to worry if my perfect start will turn out good or not before. And now everytime I go, I'm always thinking "I hope my perfect start turns out okay" very upsetting."

"You would think I would just give up already on trying to get a good coffee from here. Long story short I was out of coffee this morning so thought I would give classy and sassy another try…. Well it was horrible. Tasted like watered down milk. It was worse than hotel coffee and I paid almost $10. It was suppose to be a peppermint white chocolate with an extra shot and was definitely far from what I received. If you’re looking for good coffee get some whole beans and a French press."
