"I had to be at work relatively early in the morning, and this was one of the non-Starbucks locations that was open before 6:30-7am. I really appreciated this, and it wasn’t jus the drive-thru that was open, you could also go inside to order I think there was only one barista working, but they were very friendly, professional, and efficient I used the drive-thru, but based on the exterior and peering in through the windows, this spot looks like your typical coffee lounge. It’s probably a great place to study or get some work done I only got coffee this morning, and they were fine. They were a little sweet for my liking, but you can ask the for “less pumps” and adjust to your liking. They have coffee, cold brew, espresso-based drinks, tea/chai drinks, etc. They also sell beans so you can make your coffee at home Some tips: They have a reward system where you can get free drinks and other perks for making purchases. You even get a free drink when you sign up Cheers!!"

"I have watched this location go downhill in the last year. I used to get coffee from them almost exclusively and it was always decent besides the random burnt espresso. A few cold in the middle sandwiches and a couple too many burnt or incorrect coffees, I quit going regularly. When I do visit occasionally for the convenience of the drive though (weekends only, it's horribly slow during the week)...the shots are burnt, the customer service is lack luster, many don't even ask about rewards. Whatever right? Till today, I grabbed a quick coffee in my way to do some errands. I get a third of the way through it before realizing there was a long hair in my drink, held by the lid, extending all the way down along the inside wall of the cup. I pull it out and it's very very long. Pretty unappealing to say the least. Especially for a drink over 5 dollars :( Probably won't be visiting this location at all anymore."

"Extended wait time, cold food, drink Always wrong. I stopped coming to city brew for a very long time due to the length it takes to get a drink. I received $100 gift card to city brew for Christmas and the last two times I have went. I spent 20 minutes or more no less in line waiting for one sandwich and one coffee. Just to get to the window and have the coffee hot when I ordered an iced latte and it was clearly printed on the receipt iced latte and the sandwich still cold very frustrated"

"The service was quick and nice and the coffee was delicious. We got the Mountaine Morning latte and the Huckleberry latte. Both were delicious and fairly priced."

"Two stars just because they’re somewhat decently priced and for some reason I still choose to go here, but the service sucks honestly. Nice people but they’re ridiculously slow and the food is cold in the middle half the time. Drinks are okay. Writing this while sitting in the drive through and I have been waiting for more than 20 mins. Definitely don’t go here if you have anywhere to be."
