"Cashier in drive thru took card & processed payment and automatically gave themselves a dollar tip! Why do you get to decide if someone tips & for how much?? Technically that's an unauthorized charge but I'm guessing they don't think people will dispute small amounts with credit card companies. Won't be back to them again."

"Terrible. The service was awful and the wait time was atrocious. The worker there looked like he was all alone and he was clearly distressed. The only time I saw another person, she took an order and left. The other worker, I think his name was Aaron, was amazing however. Get your act together city brew and get more competent workers. I usually don't write reviews but this city brew is awful. Do not go here."
