"I used the app to place an order for pick up. My card was charged and I received order confirmation.i went to pick up my order and I waited for several minutes before an employee acknowledged my presence. The employee said the internet went down and they couldn't access my order. At this point, I didn't have time to show her my receipt and wait while they made my order. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get a refund by contacting corporate. Ive contacted people numerous times and have not received a response nor an acknowledgment of the issue. It's not their fault the internet went down, things happen. The barista was rude. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a refund. They owe me money."

"Coming to this city brew is my daily self care and has been for a couple of years. I have to say that this team has been nothing but overly enjoyable and enthusiastic. Cooper and keko in particular. They remember my (complicated) daily order every single time sometimes even recognizing my car in the drive through before I even get to the ordering machine. This team deserves a raise, for making every single visit one that gives me (a complete stranger) another reason to wake up every single day."
