"Never had a problem getting coffee from here before when I worked at the hospital but I went in today and the barista had so much attitude, my little brother noticed. I went back a second time not thinking about it and she had attitude again then was nice to the lady behind us. Idk if it was a race thing or if she was having a bad day but my mom works at the hospital and has had 3 bad experiences with the same barista."

"I visited this coffee shop about 5 times during my best friend’s babies NICU stay. I had already been told how rude the barista was but got to witness it for myself every time I visited. Charity went out of her way every time I was there to put other employees down and provide very rude and snappy customer service. My final visit, I asked her what her name was so I could write this review. It’s not okay to treat people like this.. especially in a hospital where people are probably not having their best of days anyways."
