"Delicious signature cinnamon caramel donuts, we keep going back for more! Light, airy and melts in your mouth. The perfect layer of powdered cinnamon sugar to top it off. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Highly recommend!!"

"WOW! So good. These just might be the best donuts in Westfield. They're indescribable you just have to go and try it out. I haven't tried other products but I will be back to do so. Highly recommend the signature donut I think it's called Amish crack (?) and the chocolate Bavarian cream aka Boston cream donuts. I don't think you can go wrong with anything at this place!"

"FOOD ALLERGIES!! If you have food allergies or know someone with food allergies, I urge you to read this review. I am writing this to bring serious attention to a dangerous and deeply concerning experience my family had at Rise and Roll. This morning, my brother—who has a severe allergy to all nuts—visited the bakery and did exactly what every food-allergic customer is told to do: he informed the staff of his allergy and asked whether the donuts were safe for him to eat. Not only did he ask about ingredients, but he also specifically asked about cross-contamination, as even trace amounts can cause life-threatening reactions. The employee reassured him, without hesitation, that the donuts contained no nuts and that cross-contamination would not be an issue. Unfortunately, this was not true. What makes this even more alarming is the clear lack of understanding of the severity of the situation. This business had my brother’s health and safety directly in its hands yet seemed completely unaware of the life-or-death implications of the information they are giving. Rise and Roll did not recognize that a mistake like this could have cost him his life. It is frightening to think that someone in a food-service position, handling common allergens daily, did not grasp the seriousness of what could happen. This lack of care in a food-service environment is completely unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. After eating the donuts at home, my brother went into anaphylaxis. He required emergency medical care and ended up in the ER. This was a terrifying and completely preventable situation—one that could have had an even worse outcome. This was not a minor mistake, it was a serious failure that put someone’s life at risk. We called the store immediately to inform them, not out of anger, but so they could prevent this from happening to someone else. Shockingly, the assistant manager demonstrated little concern and no acknowledge of the seriousness of what had just happened. For a bakery handling common allergens daily, this lack of awareness and responsibility is unacceptable. Food allergies are not preferences. They are medical conditions that can be fatal. If a business does not have effective allergen protocols in place or does not fully understand cross-contamination and the severity behind it, then staff must not give customers false reassurance. I genuinely hope Rise and Roll takes this incident seriously, retrains their staff, and reevaluates how they communicate allergy risks. No family should have to go through a medical emergency because of carelessness and misinformation from an employee. We are extremely grateful my brother is okay, but we will not be returning, and I urge anyone with serious allergies to exercise caution until meaningful changes are made."

"Love that Rise N' Roll has come to Westfield. The food is great, prices are great, and I've never had a bad staff experience. In fact, last week I went in and the staff was transparent with the fact that they had problems with a delivery truck and the donuts were a day old. They still tasted great and I got a very good discount. Coffee is good and the other food selection is superb. Wish they had more space, but most buy and head to their office. Again, the food is great! Cake donuts especially."

"Friday, 9/26 we came in to purchase baked goods for a family gathering. Picked up a tray of cinnamon rolls and noticed a gnat was flying around under the plastic lid. The other one we chose the plastic lid was cracked. We asked for another one but they didn't replace it (too lazy?). The young man who waited on us seemed altered. Very slow and confused. He almost gave us the wrong donuts. The 2 gals seemed to not want to help. Don't think we will be back."

"One of my coworkers joked about me having to buy donuts today so I took him up on it and searched for donut locations in the area. Rise 'n Roll Bakery..."
