"Great mocha mocha latte. I get it with half the sugar. Brought my bible to study while having my coffee. The only thing I dont like about the place is that they play music, a tiny bit too loud. Bit other than that, great place. Coffees and lattes are outstanding. I do wish they would bring back the 12oz size. It would be easier on my wallet."

"I generally go to this Bigby about 2-3 times per week out of convenience of it being next to my home. I always order ahead, not to necessarily make it faster but in hopes of saving someone time of having to take an order verbally. Regardless, even if I order 15-20 minutes before arrival, my order is hardly ever ready but I am generally patient. Today I accidentally didn’t change my order to drive-thru when placing it and I did not realize I missed it, I went thru the drive thru and let them know I place a mobile order, at the window I was lectured on how I put my order in wrong as in store instead of drive thru and disrupted their process. I understand processes are important, but it was a mistake and as a frequent customer I was taken aback by the comment. Unfortunately after this experience I will likely be using the other coffee shop near by that has easier access to parking and a larger drive thru."

"Truthfully the food and drinks are pretty decent. However the service is so slow. I don’t know why it consistently takes 10-15 mins in the drive through to get one drink and a bagel. The people are usually friendly but something is wrong when it takes that long. I legit have to budget lots of time in I plan on getting something"

"Layla and Payton are super nice and they always provide the best experience in the store. They made me a very good cookie crème freeze. And then when I proceeded to leave they said bye and made me feel inclined to come back. I love this biggby, and give these people a raise. They do the most to make people feel home."
