"This place is still new to me, but I already love it! My husband and I plan to visit more often! They cater to a variety of dietary needs, with gluten-free, keto, and vegan options. One of the friendly staff members explained that any breakfast sandwich can be made with gluten-free bread, and they even change gloves when preparing gluten-free orders. We’ve tried the spinach pesto breakfast sandwich on both ciabatta bread and their gluten-free bread. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the gluten-free bread was. It’s, not dense or dry like many gluten-free options tend to be. Their coffee menu is just as accommodating, with non-dairy creamers and sugar-free syrup choices and the sugar-free syrups didn’t have that lingering aftertaste you get with alternative sweeteners sometimes. The doughnuts are really a feast for the eyes and the taste buds! We tried a couple of sugar free doughnuts, plus the raspberry-filled powdered sugar and the coconut cream filled mini doughnut. They were delicious. The sugar-free ones were moist, almost like cake doughnuts, but without the dryness that I am not fond of. They even have little doughnut treats for dogs!"

"1st time here and was shocked by how many different kinds of donuts.. The name of each donut was displayed on the case. The price list was displayed on the wall. There was sitting if you wanted to enjoy your drink and donuts. The ladies were very nice. I tried a little bit of 2 different donuts.. They taste like a crispy croissant with toppings added to them.. They are delicious if you like croissants.. The place was clean, even the restrooms .. There is seating inside the Parlor. I will return again 1 day ..."

"Parlor Doughnuts has exceeded all my expectations! I'm not even a huge "sweets" person but I love their products. I recently tried their "savory" donuts and my GOD they are SO good and an amazing price for essentially a meal. I have personally recommended them to just about everyone I know, plus their customer service is amazing and I always feel so welcome and appreciated as a customer. You have to give them a try! ASAP!"

"Parlor doughnuts are my go to whenever I’m in the Valparaiso area. Stopped on 11-21-25 around 8am. Ordered 10 minis, 2 strawberry shortcake doughnuts, a hot chai and a hot sugar cookie latte. Beverages, at best, lukewarm. Asked for them to be microwaved and was told that was not an option. Did not offer to remake. Guess I should have asked for new ones. After a very busy day we were excited to enjoy our doughnuts for dessert. Epic failure! The strawberry shortcake doughnuts had very little toppings and NO filling. I recall these doughnuts having a wonderful filling? If not, then definitely needed more glaze and toppings. Tasted lackluster and dry. Minis were a tasty little treat. Might try again as these doughnuts are usually amazing!"
