"I was on the hunt for a red velvet cake for my wedding. I searched high and low until I stumbled across Over the Top; the only bakery in my area that could accommodate one of my non negotiables! It was well worth the 25 minute drive out of town. They did a PERFECT job capturing the vintage look I wanted for our special day. And the taste? Incredible. Moist but not too rich, perfect crumb, and the buttercream was a lovely balance of sweetness. We got some donuts and coffee the morning we picked up and I highly recommend those too. Couldn’t recommend them enough!"

"The most perfect small-town bakery/cafe. Super friendly, hard-working, and amazing food. Wish they served the tea by the gallon. They have a variety of donuts, pies, breads, and café-style breakfast and lunch items. All amazing! And the price is definitely lower than anyone I've found near the South Bend area. Try it once, and you'll be back again and again."

"I drove from South Bend to try their paczkis. It was worth the drive. I bought some for the whole family and everyone loved them. While I was there, I grabbed a couple breakfast sandwiches to go. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was huge. They have a decent menu if you are looking for breakfast or lunch. The staff member who took my order was very friendly and welcoming. Did I mention you can order your treats online? That was a perk for me. If you are in the area or up for a drive, stop in for a quick bite or treat. You will not be disappointed."

"This bakery has THE BEST plain cheesecake, topped with strawberries, I’ve ever had! I ordered the cheesecake because it’s my nephew’s favorite and we were celebrating his birthday. Everyone thought it was so light and creamy and it was topped with enough strawberries for every bite. It didn’t last long! The only downside is they don’t sell individual slices, as of this review, because I know others who would like to try it vs having to order an entire cake. I’ll be ordering my cheesecakes from here going forward."

"I own The Cornerstone at Cedar wedding venue in Bourbon, Indiana. We enjoy cupcakes every weekend from different bakeries, but these are definitely some of the best cupcakes. They are moist, and the frosting is perfect . Job well done!"
