"We frequent Kolkin often. There are 2 male workers who continually mess up. Me and my husband ordered a caramel latte and I ordered a polar bear. The polar bear was pure vanilla, the caramel latte was so spicy. The worker told me that he seen the other worker put in the polar bear flavoring. I figured what happened was he put the polar bear flavoring into the caramel latte, plus the latte flavoring. They were both unapologetic and offered no recourse. Plus they have continually messed up in other ways with our drinks. Next time we go there, if those 2 are working, we are going elsewhere!"
