"Usually I love coffee crossing I spend a lot of time there meeting with friends, unfortunately I had horrible experience recently. I was making candles at a local candle shop with a small group of people and while they set we walked to coffee crossing to kill some time, when we walked in we had empty seven brew cups. I completely understand not wanting competitors cups in your place of business but it has never been an issue in the past five years I’ve been coming to CC. When I went to the counter she let me know the cups were not allowed, I immediately offered to throw it away and she told me it was okay just so I know for the future. I went to get a seat and put my things down before ordering and the manager walked towards us and very rudely asked us to leave. I was shocked and very disappointed seeing as I had brought a friend from out of town and it was her first time and this was her first impression."

"I’ve been a loyal customer at Coffee Crossing for years, but after today, never again. " Jess" was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I walked in with a smile, ordered like I always do, and she acted like my presence was an inconvenience. No greeting, no friendliness, just attitude. I don’t know what her problem was, but treating customers like that is unacceptable. If this is the kind of employee Coffee Crossing wants representing them, then they’ve lost my business. I’ll be taking my money somewhere that actually appreciates their customers. Do better."

"I ordered something but I don't know what it was. It was hard but it may have been intended for dipping in coffee ☕️ I don't know. Macaroons were stale. Everything else was great. Bathroom was clean. Spacious. Beautiful view of the Sherman Minton. All over nice experience."

"This coffee crossing is my personal favorite. Staff are always friendly and great. Shout out to Bethany and Liz! (Great workers here) Coffee is some of the best in town, and pretty reasonably priced as well. The bathrooms are always clean, along with the general area, which is always a big plus. I highly recommend this coffee crossing to anyone looking to study or meet with a friend!"
