"The service was fine and the location appeared clean. The donuts however were just mediocre. I only went because my favorite donut shop in Muncie is closed on Mondays. Jacks donuts appeared to be fresh out of the refrigerator and not fresh at all I prefer a softer, flake, your fresher feel in these donuts just didn’t hit the mark. I had a tiger tail and donut holes. The donuts weren’t horrible. I just expected more after seeing them on the news."

"This is such a unique and fun atmosphere to relax that isn't just loud and industrial like starbucks. The workers are also very nice, specifically the guy with the glasses working upfront! He's very communicative and greets everyone going in and out and even helped me out with the parking situation because the new parking rules were new and a bit confusing but he was extremely helpful my entire visit there!"

"Love the donuts 🍩 and coffee. And my dogs love the dog treats there. They also have a good selection of ground coffee ☕️ to buy for home. Ice cream is good as well, and if you want, they will make an ice cream sandwich with whatever donut you choose."
