"It was early Saturday morning on January 10. A delivery person showed up at my door with a dozen beautiful, vivid red roses and a balloon that read "Happy Birthday." The roses were fragrant, beautiful and huge. They lasted until January 19th, and I enjoyed them every minute! Frankly, I was impressed with the size and overall arrangement of the flowers. Family and friends who contacted me via FaceTime to express birthday wishes also loved the beautiful roses. I hope to receive more flowers from Merrillville Florist and Tea Room in the future."

"I always enjoy coming here come year since they opened. The building decor is sooooooo relaxing. The customer service is beyond great. The owner who was my waitress is very professional and fun at the same time. The tea always make learn about my taste in trying a new and buying it to have at home. The food is great never been disappointed even when I think I will not like it . I end up love it. That snack treats to desserts. The owner husband is funny as well and kind. The store in front. "From The Ease of Booking, Beautiful Atmosphere and Flower Arrangements we enjoyed ourselves so much. We was charged for things we didn’t know had an additional price to it for example when you order the hot tea, they give you a nice huge selection to choose from and we wasn’t aware that you can only pick one tea packet. We also wasn’t aware there was an extra charge for a scone that said on the menu it was included with entree purchase. It’s no big deal we just would have wanted to know these things upfront. Overall it was a great experience and we recommend you give them a try. One last thing the tea selection wasn’t unique and more natural herbed based as we expected. They use some brands you can get at your local store."
