"Great post workout weekend spot. I usually get the breakfast sandwich on a plane bagel with a black coffee. Not too expensive and plenty of protein. The 4FD gathering house where they are located also bring a lot of character. On weekends in the winter we can eat breakfast then wander the winter market or partake in crafts.
