They track your drinks, so join their rewards club (I forgot 😢) Some say it’s overpriced, but it’s a treat, not a Slurpee, and it’s worth it now and then. Jen and Debbie were working, and they were both pleasant and helpful. When I said I was diabetic, they offered me several options. My girl is a 12-year-old and likes the Italian peach drink with whipped cream. Jen and Debbie treated her like a customer. If you want a different type of drink, give them a try and listen to the options so you have a good experience. Ask Jen or Debbie."

"Friendly and easy going mall coffee spot with an odd selection of extremely over priced low quality products which many of the other reviews reflect on; I've noticed eBay offering much better selection, brands, and support than these mall stores with appliances. Grabbed a caramel latte with soy, glad to see a good dairy free selection, had quick wifi and some comfortable tables but no backs to the chairs, I was curious about the higher prices for average fair. Looks like there's no other options but 7 Brew right out in the parking lot is sure to become the obvious options for mall espresso, I didn't mind the latte but flavors and balance offered little. Smooth and drinkable but mostly a sugar flavored drip."

"We had an espresso machine breakdown right before the holidays. I had heard so many good things about JL Hufford, so I ordered a very nice new machine from them. I paid for overnight delivery, and I thought it would be worth it. 4 days later and no machine and no one knew where it was. JL Hufford staff were very helpful and immediately refunded my overnight fee. Disappointed that we had to find another machine since this one didn’t arrive, but the company was helpful."

"I hate to be this guy, but I’ve been let down by this place too many times now. Every iced “latte” I’ve ordered was so syrupy sweet it was actually nauseating. You really have to try it just to see what I mean, it can’t just be me. Also, don’t ask to add espresso shots, the drink will be room temp. Maybe I just gotta start getting energy drinks from the GNC instead. I’ll spend 1/4 the $ that way too."
