from Google"I was the only customer for my entire time during my experience here. I ordered one drink and waited for at least 15 minutes for my drink. A frozen hot chocolate. The two workers just stood around and talked while i waited for my drink. I’m not sure what was going on but they had no since of urgency or trying to get my drink made. Very frustrating…"
"My wife and I really loved their coffee. Great flavors"
"Overall, I highly enjoy Joe mugs. Like a lot of coffee places I feel like the flavor of the coffee depends a lot on who is making it. I’ve had times where I’ve not enjoyed what I’ve gotten but most the time it’s pretty consistent and tasty. I really enjoy their Harry Potter and Lord of the rings coffee drink. I definitely recommend giving Joe mugs a visit, And while you’re there, take a look at Books A Million."
"Extremely RUDE young man today there! Not only we were rudely welcomed by a mere « how can I help you » but the waiter was unable to listen to us properly. When we arrived, all smiles for our afternoon coffee to that more than empty Joe Mugs inside books a millions, the waiter looked at us and said without a smile, and as if we were beneath him « how can I help you » to which we replied « hi! How are you?! » and to which he replied again « how can I help you ». We were totally bothering him... we order two coffees, for which he takes a good minute and a half to place the order on his computer. When he asked us to pay, he just said « 2.45 » no please, no thank you. And we were like: hmm we said two coffees. He didn’t apologize, took another minute and a half to place the order. And again, said the price and no please and no thank you. Then he took 5 good minutes just to fill two cups of pre made roast he had available. When asked for milk, he just casually rudely said: “I’ll get that out” as if again he had better to do than serve two smiling customers on his empty coffee shop. I hate to have to write such a LONG review, but staff like this is the reason why malls like Markland mall are dying. People doesn’t want to interact with people that hate their jobs, or are overly rude. We didn’t go to Starbucks so we could help the smaller coffee place. But next time, Starbucks it is. What a dreadful experience. I hope they will put more effort on their staff."
"The girl that waited on me was super nice (Izzy I think was her name) and the coffee was decent. The prices are better than some other places to get coffee. I got a 16oz regular and it was only $3. Oh, they are inside the book store if anyone thinks they are in the wrong place."
