NO CHEEZY TOTS EITHER WHICH I ORDERED I UNDERSTAND THINGS RUN OUT, BUT HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE SOME INVENTORY WHY SPEND $22 WHEN THEY DONT OFFER HALF OF THE ITEMS I WANTED. I DIDNT KNOW THIS WAS THE SITUATION UNTIL AFTER I PAID OR I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER TO BEGIN WITH. BAD LOCATION!!!"

"Waited in line for over 20mins for 6 sliders and two fries. When I got my food, my bun wasn't even on my sandwich and it was stuffed down the box, fries were cold as well. The people behind me got their orders before I got mine. Not sure if it was even worth it, oil was old that they used to cook the food in too. Thumbs down on that visit today."

"AI drive thru sucks. It has a hearing problem as well as a listening problem. I'll just leave and go elsewhere next time. It screwed up my order, got to the window only to have the employee screw it up worse. Do better, White Castle."

"Workers were amazing but the crappy AI drive thru wasted 5 minutes of my life by trying to add extra sausage patties and charging me extra on all my sandwiches instead of just giving me regular sausage breakfast sliders like I asked it , it’s also no way to not agree to participate in the crappy AI ordering process. If your gonna introduce new technology get it right first before wasting everyone’s time"

"I used to think highly of this location, at one point I used to called this White Castle the best in Indianapolis until today. My dad and I went through the drive through and now you order through an AI that would say read the screen then say you are ready to order. My dad said I am ready maybe 5 or 6 times and no answer. Then it said someone will take your order soon but no one never answered. We drive to the window and no one came to the window. No one was inside and no one was taking orders. We will never go back to this location."
