"Decaf Honduras Marcala is great! Really glad to find a roaster with a solid, recently roasted decaf option. I love espresso so much that I travel with my Decent, but I can only drink decaf. I forgot my beans on a business trip, and I’m happy I found Tinker! When brewing these beans I kept it simple with a ramped profile starting at 9 bars and ending at 6 bars, 7s preinfusion, 2:1 ratio, 194° water, and an extra gram in an 18 gram portafilter. I found it perfect to drink straight and it combined well with oat milk. Thanks Tinker!"

"Tinker is fantastic! They seem to know how to read minds because every time I am about out of their 5lb bag, I get text notifications letting me know they have some on sale! The coffee is exceptional, and always comes to the door within a day or two of being roasted. Love the different variety's of coffee and really like to hear about small batches that come out throughout the month.
