"This is a surprisingly not so expensive donut, coffee and sandwich in otherwise generally overpriced Irvington. I got two enjoyable donuts, a blueberry and a glazed, and both were high quality. On the other hand, the Naptown Roast was only warm and rather disappointing (unlike my beloved Naptown, itself😉) The service was friendly and fast and pretty focused. It seems that Jack's has an effective training regimen. The location was perfect, just off the main street (Washington Street) making it both convenient and quiet. The shop faces out onto a small garden. Exquisite location. Pro Tip There is a "happy hour" from 2-6PM with discounts on drinks and donuts. On the other hand, the door says that the shop closes at 4PM. A bit on the peculiar side scheduling-wise but all in all, this is a good place to meet the donut and coffee urge at a reasonable price."

"I’m in heaven and there are eclairs as far as the eye can see! Oh wait! It’s actually the new Jack’s Donuts location in Irvington! Located just off Washington Street behind The Med is such an easy location to access with complementary parking right outside the front door. This site is extremely spacious with plenty of indoor only seating and complementary WiFi. With drip coffee, craft coffee concoctions, and other various beverages on the menu, you’ll have no problem finding something to wet your whistle as you dive in to an indulgent feast of Jack’s well known donuts. The staff is just lovely here! Just being open one day, patrons were flooding this site and came ready with inquiries. The staff members patiently provided answers and were total pros! Not in the mood for donuts? (I don’t even understand those words, but to each their own. Lol!) Not a problem here! Homemade ice cream can also be found on their menu. Accepting credit cards, cash, and compliments, Jacks’s Donuts is a great addition to downtown Irv! Welcome to our little neighborhood!"

"Good sandwiches but since new management team got there 2 weeks ago they changed doughnut baker they are kinda horrible none of the doughnuts are that good they are just okay but that's if you want the taste of 1 or 2 days old doughnuts. The sugar I know is not good for you by no means . But the sugar & size was are family splurge. So wouldn't buy doughnut if you had them when they first opened Because they are smaller & like said dry & hard . But if your are getting for small kids as treat go for it because counter staff are great . The doughnuts are not good so back to the sweet shop in Greenfield , the bakery between shadeland & Shortridge on 10 th street are way better. Especially if it's your treat day . Sincerely R.
