"Blue Mind Roasting is a small coffee roaster offering some amazing coffees. I first discovered them in early 2016 and have enjoyed their beans ever since. You can find their lovely designed packages all over Indy at places like Wildwood Market, the Agrarian, Safeway, and Joe's Butcher Shop up in Carmel. I am sure there are more spots and shops along the way. What I enjoy about their coffee is that its always very well selected, properly roasted, but at extremely affordable prices. Their Midtown roast is very well balanced, taking cream or sugar well but also very tasty black, and can be found year round. Their other offerings come and go based on the coffee season. Look for the simple but elegant logo on the brown bag. You will not be disappointed."
