What People Are Saying
from Google"I went to this coffee shop a couple of times for drinks and snacks. They have the hot and cold coffee drinks you would find at most cafes. They have other drinks as well like energy drinks and frozen ones. They have an assortment of sandwiches and pastries too. I bought a caramel cold brew during my visits and I found that one time it was made perfectly but the next time it was too bitter. I also got some donut holes once and they were good but tasted reheated and not fresh. Not a bad spot to get a drink or something to eat, just wish it was more consistent."
"For the expensive prices you pay you’d think you can get a cup of water, but you are charged $1.50 or when I say light on the ice they also charge you 30c for that. Place is a joke! Just also found out they are all owned and operated by different people. I’ve had better experiences at other Bigbys than this one."
"Seems the owners and their family only work here now, which I get, overhead cost but they have little to no personality, talk to you like they’re annoyed. Last time I had enough rewards for a free drink I only needed to give my phone number. This time I had to wait for the app to work to scan some bar code. I don’t get their coffee too often so I was over a year ago with my last free drink. The 2 employees kept telling me I’m wrong so I asked a friend who works at another location and she said they take a phone number. So, who knows. Maybe it’s a franchise thing? It worked before at this location though. Their coffee is ok. Nothing grand. Go to WaWa or a locally owned coffee shop instead. Better coffee, better service, better prices. Sucks that this is my choice near work. Also, ask for your bagel to be extra toasted. Regular toasted taste like it was heated up in a microwave."
"I ordered and iced vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted like chemicals. I returned it and got a refund no issues. I’ve never had to do that before but that was not drinkable."
"This was via DoorDash: I paid more for a 24oz coffee, so why is it 2/3 full when I get it? They also put a sticker on the lid over the mouth section, which leaves all it's glue behind when you remove it. The Sausage, Egg & Cheese Bragel was barely better than McDonald's. The cream cheese kinda ruined it, although I guess that's my fault for not reading the fine print and not asking for it to be left off. They will lather cream cheese on your sandwich unless you tell them not to. Coffee was decent, but Starbucks is better and gives me the proper amount. Likely will not be ordering again."
