"This small coffee shop has great coffee and friendly staff. A perfect spot for a coffee break. I ordered a sweet foam Caramel cold brew and a honey cinnamon vanilla frappe. They were both very tasty and prices are reasonable. Definitely give it a try!"

"I am genuinely shocked at how badly my order was handled. I ordered a cappuccino and a ham and cheese bagel, and my wife—who is dairy-free—ordered her bagel without cream cheese. They even double-checked if the second bagel was “no cream cheese,” and I clearly responded that *cream cheese was fine* on mine. Somehow, that still got messed up. When I got home, I suspected something was off with my cappuccino. The taste was strange, so I poured it into a glass—and it was literally just steamed milk. No espresso. Nothing. I paid $5 for a cup of hot milk. Completely unacceptable. Then I realized my bagel was wrong too. At that point, over $10 worth of my morning order was essentially wasted. I rarely complain about food being made incorrectly, but both items being wrong is ridiculous. So I drove all the way back expecting them to make it right. Instead of remaking anything, they handed me a cup with three shots of espresso to add to my now-cold milk, and a packet of cream cheese to spread on my now-cold bagel. That was their “fix.” No apology, no accountability—just a lazy attempt to patch up their careless mistakes. I would’ve expected and preferred that my items be remade fresh for the money that I paid and tipped for this order. Their inability to follow simple instructions is bad enough, but the apathetic customer service afterward sealed it. I will never return to this place again. If this is how they treat customers, they won’t keep them for long."

"DO NOT GO THERE ON A SATURDAY MORNING. They can’t even get their order’s right. They didn’t even give me a receipt. after 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked for a refund and the nasty little cashier threw my change on the counter. Ownership really needs to do something about your employees over here. No receipts or order numbers? How do you guys even stay in business over here?"

"This review pertains to people who work here. I originally came here by accident a year and 7 months ago and instantly connected with the very welcoming employees. Since, my girlfriend and I, have grown very close with a few of them specifically, though we recently lost one to the morning shift. Over this time it has become a weekly ritual for us to come sit down and talk to our friends who work here for a little bit and get our inventory work done. Alexis, Nathaniel you are our OG baristas here. Clare and Dayana, you are awesome as well. Thank you for making every trip worth it!"

"Better than Starbucks. I love their sweet cream so much more than Starbucks. The bagel sandwiches are my FAVORITE breakfast sandwich. The Asiago bagel with ham and cheese. Biggby coffee won’t leave your tongue brown like Starbucks. I either get black coffee or the sweet cream matcha with chia. Try it!!"
