"Cute little place but horrible customer service. I’ve been here twice and both times, the employees were not friendly at all and made me feel like an inconvenience. They did not smile or say thank you. The first time I came here, I ordered mostly pastries and coffee. The coffee tasted good but the pastries were very dry. The second time, I placed a large order because I wanted to support local and try lunch items there, and the cashier just stared at me like I was crazy for ordering several items (3 sandwiches, a salad, 3 quesadillas, 2 brownies). The staff were loudly saying things like “after ordering a certain amount of items you should be forced into gratuity” after I didn’t leave gratuity on my credit card and was going to go out to my car to search for cash to leave as a tip, as I saw a jar sitting right there and am often told that cash tips are better. The menu online is not updated and several items have jumped up to $2 each which adds up. I’m very disappointed by both trips. I really wanted to like this place that I haven’t heard anything about so I could enjoy it and tell others about it. I am not hard to please at all, but I tried twice and will not be back."
