The flavors were very unique and not something I expected to find in Fort Wayne. The price for the meal was a little bit high but the value is there because this is extraordinary and unusual food that was totally delicious and well worth it the atmosphere is very upscale and the service matched"

"Went here with our of town friends. We planned to go to another restaurant, but it was closed on Monday, so we walked down the street to Proximo. The food came fairly quickly. I ordered the pork chop which was cooked well but the highlight was the bed of the corn risotto it sat on. It was creamy and cheesy and melted in my mouth. I would go there and order just that! I also loved the crispy Brussels sprouts but ordered it without the sweet sauce on top. My husband had the shrimp and grits and said it was very good. The service was just a touch above which you would expect from a restaurant at this dollar point. The sad thing, which lowered my score, was the fact they forgot my friend’s entree. By the time she got it, she asked for it in a take away container. The other difficult thing was the level of noise in the restaurant. It made it hard to hear across the table."
