"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely, cozy atmosphere. Prices are comparable to Starbucks but the quality is much better. Awesome menu selection. They even have vegan options! ❤️ I tried the Apple Pie Chai made with almond milk and Vegan Breakfast Bagel with Avo added on and both were absolutely delicious 😋 I've definitely found my new coffee shop!"

"This was my first and likely only visit here. We weren’t greeted when we walked up, the lady just stared at my daughter and I. When she asked me what size drink I wanted I said, “oh, do you have any bears left?” She said with an attitude“it’s only for reward members.” So I went ahead and typed in my number because I signed up as a reward member. I hadn’t seen the tablet next to the register to sign in since it was our first visit. The coffee was terrible. If the service had been better, I might have been willing to try again, but I can get a warm greeting and smile at a chain. Plus when you’re shoving a request for a tip in my face you should be giving excellent customer service. Tips should start being an option after our food or drink have been received."

"Myself and a group of friends came in to grab some various menu items on 10/11/2025. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered and then we turn around and quite the line had formed. Thankfully we got there before everyone else, WRONG! We received our coffees and bagel sandwiches in a timely manner, but it took 25 minutes (no exaggeration since we had the receipt with us with the time the ticket was created)for them to make our smoothie because they made everyone else’s food first. Then when I went up to the counter to ask for the smoothie that they still had not started to make, the girl with the yellow highlights didn’t even look at me and said ya it’s going to be a minute with the nastiest attitude. I asked for a bag for my açaí bowl (pictured here shortly after it was made) and I was handed a bag a bagel/pastry would go into. When I asked for a proper bag the same associate mentioned before threw the bag on the counter and said here’s a bag for whoever asked for it. Ended up throwing away the majority of the pictured açaí bowl and the smoothie we waited an absurd amount of time for, because it wasn’t as described on the menu/not good. Will never be back, would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Food was fantastic! They use monin and 813 syrups/sauces so the drinks will always be amazing. The only downside was the barista taking our order. They were very rude and short not only to our group but to the two groups behind us as well. I understand having an off day but there was no need to take it out on multiple groups of people, especially if they have questions. The other baristas on the floor and on the bar were awesome and did a fantastic job :)"
