"Over easy eggs were more like fried hard boiled eggs. Toast was cold. Sausage was hard and not hot. You have to place your order at the counter, in some cases they brought the order to you in others they yell out your name then you go get it. You have to buss your own table. All this is fairly standard in the airport food space. The kicker is that they expect a 15% minimum tip even before you get anything. You’re afraid to not tip…who wants a booger or worse in your eggs. Fort Wayne International Airport is on a roll. Beautiful terminal great parking, easy access to ticketing and baggage claim. And it’s getting better all the time, then you order food 🤦🏼‍♂️. Doing better business is not that hard. Step up!!!"

"So so coffee drinks. Unfriendly and rude staff. WAY overpriced - like twice the price of major cities airports for snacks drinks etc. This is Fort Wayne … not NYC. Food is disgustingly greasy and takes an eternity for even the simplest menu item. A plain toasted bagel came drenched in a puddle of butter on parchment paper in a box. So gross I threw it straight in the trash. Chai latte was bland and very milky. Hot Chocolate was not sweet at all - kid spit it out… literally. We can do much much better. Unfortunately it’s the only option."
