"Nicest interior of all the Donut Banks that I've been in so far. Coffee could be smelled at the entryway before even opening the lobby door. Smelled delicious!!! Friendly service. Selection wasn't huge, but we did go inside after 4pm. Long John was on spot with chocolate & nuts, and chocolate glazed Donut with sprinkles was fine. The Two together was definitely too much sugar with not purchasing milk nor fresh coffee to enjoy it with."

"This is second time we went for bagels. First time out of product. This time got - Everything bagel $1.79 + cream cheese $1.35 and a sweet tea $2.19. Bagel was good just needed more garlic for my taste. The staff member that took order was friendly and she knew the menu. My COMPLAINT is I went to counter to get a tea refill and was told she would have to charge me for another tea?? No free tea refills they only give free coffee refills. I said tea is like coffee. Her reply was, "I am not the boss!" I feel that was a rude response. In every dine-in resturant(even high class) I have been in tea, coffee and soft drinks are free refills!! Tea is just as cheap to make as coffee is. GET WITH THE TIMES DONUT BANK -- Stop being so greedy!!!"

"I’m not sure why I keep going back.. convenient maybe. The doughnuts are always throw in a bag no wax paper and glaze all over the other doughnuts.. messy. Just got glazed this morning and the whole doughnut was just wet.. not glazed, just wet. Rebranding wasn’t what you needed, quality in your product and consistency."
