"We had never been to a Parlor Doughnuts before and were very pleased. I ordered the Double Chocolate, which was so good, I ate it before taking a photo. The donut was fresh, crispy outside, with a soft inside, chocolate glaze and chocolate chips on the outside, with a chocolate filling. It was really amazing! I also got a raspberry pistachio donut and really enjoyed that one as well! The service was friendly and prompt!"

"Very generous portion sizes. I did not know layered donuts were a thing, but they tasted amazing. Out of the 12 donuts, I probably finished about 5 or 6 before having to eat the rest the next day. Gonna come back when I stop in Indiana again, but just get the half dozen."

"Worst branch I wanted to express my disappointment with the order I received at the Crown Point branch. First, I ordered for drive thru pick up and I had to wait more than 30 minutes and ended up picking up my order inside. The store did not look busy and there were no customers inside so I don’t know why my mobile order was not ready by the pick up time promised. When I received it, the minis were not fried properly, they were raw. We asked for replacement but they were still raw. On top of that, when I received my iced caramel macchiato it tasted like they have forgotten to add the shot of espresso. There was no taste of coffee at all. It tasted like there was only milk and caramel. My family and I enjoy Parlor Doughnuts and we order often but today might be the last time we will go to the Crown Point branch. PS- I sent the owner an email and received no response."

"These have to be some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever had in my life; most def goes up into top 3. Tried their French Toast flavor and was blown way. Not only the flavor, but the texture of them are more so ‘croissant’ in a way; in a fantastic way. Definitely a must visit."
