"Hit and miss. The coffee and matcha are usually good, but occasionally quality suffers-sometimes the drinks are too sweet, or the coffee isn't hot enough. Service is typically quick, but I'm leaving this review because I just waited 20 minutes for a single drink with no explanation. I don't mind a wait if something is wrong, but the staff needs to communicate that. I would complain about the price, but the cheaper alternative is coffee from a gas station. Overall, I'm glad the place is here."
