"While the pictures are “instagram worthy”.. it is very overpriced & overhyped.. $20 for a mango matcha latte (that literally just tasted like milk) and the ‘famous’ ice cream croissant (in the nicest way possible, there’s *nothing* special about it, it’s literally a grocery store croissant with a scoop of ice cream?). Service and atmosphere I’d say we’re 5/5. Will I be back, probably not ever…"

"Good music. Nice bright decor. We were excited to try this place, but honestly weren’t quite sure what was going on with everything else. A clear menu would be useful. Not everyone knows what an Affogato or Spanish/Turkish coffees are. I do now know that lavender does NOT belong in a latte, but I gave it a try. The purple haze was ….. interesting. The croissants were good. The staff were really lacklustre. They weren’t busy, but we had to ask for our table to be wiped. Not sure if they’ve had any training but the basic cleaning up after guests leave was neglected. Waited a long time for one part of our order while staff just floated around not doing much. Eventually we had to ask for it again. One rest room, so waiting was inevitable. Probably won’t be back."

"In need of a nice coffee place to hang out on the weekends. Went with high expectation after reading the glowing google reviews and watching reels from influencers - unfortunately my experience and the food could be described as mid at best. No complaints about speed of service and staff attitude. Atmosphere and decor were so so. For the high price they charge, the food left much to be desired. The not-so-big slice of cake I ordered was definitely not fresh and looked like they could be 2 days old."

"Stopped into Prufrock in Carmel and had the Purple Haze Frost made with their unique sweetener from sweet potatoes – absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff couldn’t have been nicer – friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!"
