from Google"What a great little place. I happened to be in Carmel, IN and popped in. Very family friendly, clean and had a good selection of drinks. Vivian served me and she was so knowledgeable and very nice. I’m not much of a cat guy, but everyone seemed to be having a great time."
"I'd never been to a cat cafe, and didn't really know what to expect, so take this with a grain of salt... When you walk in, you're walking into a small pet supplies store. Walk through that to the cafe, and then into the cat area, which is separately enclosed. When I first walked in the front doors (into the pet supplies store), I found the cat pee smell (and a little poo) to be a little overwhelming. When I went into the cafe, the smell actually got worse as it blended with wet cat food. It was pretty bad. HOWEVER, I understand that was a timing thing that, apparently, I showed up at feeding time. They were bringing bowls of wet cat food through that area. I trust it wouldn't always be that way. My adult son had a boba tea that he said was good. My younger son had lemonade drink with popping boba. It was alright. The cat area was laid out well. There were plenty of places for the cats to go, with opportunities for them to be accessible or to take a break when they wanted to. Customers were respectful too. Plenty of seating and a couple of the cats came right up to us as we sat there. As with any cats, they each have their own personalities and some are temperamental. The number of cats was perfect -- plenty to pet and visit, but not so many to be weird. Workers were friendly and seemed to take good care of the cats, and seemed to know each cat personally. I'm not sure if I'd go back... But my younger son begs to go back. (And we have cats at home!?!? 🤷♂️)"
"My friend and I went to this cafe and we had a blast! They sell very affordable cat/dog supplies and delicious boba drinks. We also had a great experience with the staff! Everyone was very friendly and open to answering our slew of questions. They had over 20 cats of all different varieties. You can also tell how much they care for all the kitties. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to adopt or just for a serotonin boost. We'll definitely be back!!"
"Small, cute, Kitty paradise. The cat tree was awesome. We left with a loving kitty, (already did the application and got approval before visiting."
"I stopped in to check out Pawz Pet Cafe. They are still in their opening stages but I was impressed with the cat apparatuses they have for sale. You can adopt a cat and leave with all the goods. I was especially impressed with the organic kitty litter they have for sale. I’d definitely purchase that if/when we adopted a kitty. Then I walked into the cafe portion. I ordered a milk boba tea. It wasn’t too sweet. But they have tons of drink options and all reasonably priced. Then I made my way into the kitty room. The set up is so cool! I was making a mental wishlist of things I wanted to get for my future kitty. All of the cats there are super sweet and there is a booklet to learn more about each kitty available. You do not need a reservation but it is advised. It’s $10 for 30 minutes to enjoy a drink and get to know some cats. I can’t wait to take my boys soon."
