"I normally rave about the waffle grilled cheese and how great it is. I went today expecting this delicious sandwich only to be extremely disappointed. The sandwich was completely different. Overcooked, weird tasting cheese, barely any cheese, etc. disappointing the quality has gone down so much. Fries also bland. This used to be one of my favorite lunch spots but is definitely not worth it anymore."

"Came on a very busy Friday morning, got seated within five minutes. Pretty standard menu and pricing for a cafe. Order took quite a while, but overall service was good. Nothing spectacular about the food but it was good. Self serving coffee bar was neat, not too pricy, it gets calculated when they charge the bill. Tried the Banana Nut and it was quite nice. Probably wouldn’t come again but not bad experience."

My 10-year-old daughter, lost her retainer and the hostess on the shift and one of the bus boys went into the back and dug through the trash to find her retainer.
