"Overcharged on credit card. Was told by attendant before purchase the HE would put the overcharge right back onto my card . That did not happen. Also no direct phone is available ! Was told by an agent on the ONLY PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE ONLINE that I have to go back to the store ( over an hour drive from where I live ) in person because that location has no PHONE. HOW CONVENIENT. I was then told that I would have to get in touch with my bank to resolve this ! WOW … I suppose customer service at ROCKETS in Bloomington Indiana is too difficult a task for the CORPORATION to handle."
