"Enrique and Tabitha’s Model Citizen Coffee shop is one of the most enriching & inviting places you’ll go into this year! The environment is warm, & conversation always interesting, fun, & often deep or inspiring. Their espresso and coffees are some of the best I’ve had in this country. The beans are fresh, and flavors equate to the fantastic Italian or South American coffee you’ve had and loved. They also have teas (one of my favorite jasmines) and Tabitha makes the most delicious butter cookies & gluten free treats. They are skilled in buying beans and roasting them, having developed their expertise in Hawaii. I’m a picky espresso drinker and theirs is one of the best. The decaf rocks! Of course you must go for the coffee flights/tastings— they provide three choices daily. Pure yum! Go, and be amazed. 💫"

"I came here with my two young daughters today, hoping just to try their decaf coffee. I was blown away by the Knowledge, assistance, and overall kindness of the employee. She was so enthusiastic about Coffee and very helpful. My girls were given a babychino, which they absolutely loved. It was a wonderful experience for them as well. The decaf that I tried was so good, I could not tell the difference between caffeinated and the decaf coffee. I will definitely be coming back, and I’m eager to try one of their classes."

"FINALLY a super good, artisanal / craft coffee shop in Woodland Park! Decor is so freaking great; high-end / professional, meets warm, cozy and inviting. The coffee is actually good; as in great beans, they roast them themselves, and they're obviously good at it, and they pull their shots with much skill. The staff is crazy friendly. Their passion for coffee is infectious🌱☕️ 😄 Great job y'all!! "We stopped in for some cappuccinos and learned a lot! They are coffee roasters that also sell coffee. We got to sample a couple different coffees from various regions and determine what flavor we like. The owners were super friendly and just love teaching people about coffee. We didn’t try any of the baked goods, but they looked delicious and most are all made in-house. If not, they are made locally. We’ll definitely come back!"

"Visited Model Citizen Coffee in Woodland Park earlier this week. Awesome European style coffee!! I bought the Nat/Nat which is 1/2 decaf. I love the smoothness of this blend and love that I can now drink an extra cup of coffee without really feeling it. In addition, the owners are fabulous - super friendly and eager to teach customers about real coffee! I will be back for more coffee for sure!!"
