"I have made an effort to give this location a fair chance. However, I find myself needing to travel to the other side of Windsor to find friendly service and quality drinks, even though this place is within walking distance. While it may seem minor, I find it frustrating to spend a significant amount on drinks only to be served by staff who often appear indifferent right after handing over the drink. Additionally, we have allergies and need to be cautious about ingredients. The staff’s small talk, such as asking how my day is, seems to lack genuine concern, and they often do not know how to prepare Italian soda drinks properly. They dismissed my concern when I was clarifying if it was a fusion drink or just soda. So had to go to the other store to get the right drink."
